Service Terms and Conditions:

By booking a session with Emma, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Tarot Readings:
a. Tarot readings are meant to be used as a tool for self-reflection and personal growth. They are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice and treatment.
b. Luminated Flow does not guarantee specific results from Tarot readings, as free will and personal choices ultimately shape the outcome of one's life.
c. Tarot readings are confidential and will not be shared with any third party without the client's consent.

 

Reiki Sessions:
a. Reiki is a complementary practice and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical care.
b. Luminated Flow does not diagnose medical conditions or offer medical advice during Reiki sessions.
c. Clients are encouraged to continue their medical treatment and consult with their healthcare providers regarding any medical concerns.
d. Reiki sessions are confidential and will not be shared with any third party without the client's consent.

 

Payment:
a. Payment for sessions is due at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
b. Refunds are not available for completed sessions, but rescheduling is possible with at least 24 hours notice.

 

Cancellation Policy:
a. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will be rescheduled.
b. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

 

Liability:
a. Luminated Flow is not liable for any physical or emotional harm that may occur as a result of participating in Tarot readings or Reiki sessions.
b. Clients participate in sessions at their own risk and understand that the results of the sessions are not guaranteed.
